The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers and developers from areas in networks, agent technologies, and middleware to explore challenging issues and enabling technologies for service delivery over an integrated, heterogeneous network. It will also serve as a forum for the academics and the industrial sector to exchange ideas and to learn from each other about the state-of-art concepts and the technologies in e-commerce, e-technology, and e-services. The scope of the workshop includes, but is not limited, to the following topics:

Submissions
Papers should describe original research, and should not exceed 15 double-spaced pages (or approximately 5000 words). All accepted submissions will appear in the proceedings published by the Printing Press of Hong Kong Baptist University. Submissions should be made electronically, either in postscript or PDF format. The cover page should contain the title, author's full name(s), affiliation, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, an abstract and keywords. Submissions should be emailed to workshop co-chairs.
